
MYO oat milk from The Joy of Better Cooking
Servings: 4 cups (1L)
Oat milk is froth-able, so whether it’s for smoothies or coffee, this one’s a keeper!

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 4 cups cold water
Instructions
- Blitz all the ingredients in a blender on high for 1 minute. Pour through a strainer lined with muslin (cheesecloth) into a bowl, then through a funnel into a clean glass milk bottle. Seal and keep in the fridge for 3–4 days. Shake the oat milk before using.
