As host of ABC Radio Melbourne’s Breakfast program, my colleague Sammy J is a fellow early bird. I put together a bit of a brunch-y feast for him, with a bircher that can be pre-made in advance, and the most moreish broad bean & avocado dippy platter with poached eggs. To cap things off, I helped Sammy make a pumpkin and ricotta lasagne that’s vego-friendly and SO faff-free.
